Systems Engineers – $75k-$110k/year +bonuses
The primary responsibility is to provide networking/server support services for our customers. A strong candidate will be able to provide on-going technical support services and planning for our current and future clients.

The ideal engineer will be knowledgeable and well-versed in many (not necessarily all) of the following areas:
- Managed switches (HPE Aruba, Cisco, Juniper)
- Firewall and security appliances (Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto/SonicWall)
- Virtualization technologies (VMWare/Hyper-V)
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Day-to-day System Administration of servers/networks
Knowledge, skills, and other abilities preferred (but not necessarily required):
- Experience with basic routing, switches, and VLANs
- Basic understanding of IPv4 and subnetting
- Ability to administer and design small to medium sized Active Directory environments
- Proven competence in Virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with industry-standard Backup Solutions (Veeam or Datto)
- Experience with various anti-virus, anti-spam, and content filtering systems
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience creating and maintaining network documentation
Personal skills required:
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects/clients
- Demonstrate a high-level of detail to all project tasks
- Highly motivated and independent (a self-starter)
- Show excellent communication skills, follow-ups, and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and remain current on best-practices, emerging trends and relevant technologies
Position requirements:
- Applicants should have at least 5+ years of high-level networking/server support experience
- Working with customers on-site and light travel to provide IT support in SE Wisconsin area
Senior Systems Engineers – $100k-$140k/year +bonuses

Knowledge, skills, and other abilities preferred (but not necessarily required):
- Comprehensive LAN/WAN experience for routing, switching, ACLs, and VLANs
- Advanced Networking Concepts (SD-WAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IPv4 and subnetting
- Ability to administer and design small to large-scale Active Directory environments
- Proven competence in Virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with industry-standard Backup Solutions (Veeam or Datto)
- VDI Solutions (Microsoft/Citrix/VMWare)
- Experience with various anti-virus, anti-spam, and content filtering systems
- Current and general cybersecurity concepts and awareness
- Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities (extremely important!)
- Proven experience creating and maintaining detailed network documentation and project documentation
Personal skills required:
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects/clients
- Demonstrate a high-level of detail to all project tasks
- Highly motivated and independent (a self-starter)

Senior Network Engineers – $100k-$150k/year +bonuses
The primary responsibility for our Senior Network Engineers is to provide network engineering and support services for our local clients—including businesses, schools, governments and non-profits. A strong candidate will be able to provide ongoing technical support services and planning for both current and future clients.

- Wireless access points and controllers (HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet)
- NAC solutions (HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco)
- ZTNA and VPN technologies (including SSL-VPN, IPSec, etc.)
- Storage Area Networks (iSCSI SAN architecture)
- Day-to-day administration of networks
Knowledge, skills, and other abilities preferred (but not necessarily required):
- Expertise in secure network architecture, concepts and design
- Comprehensive LAN/WAN experience for routing, switches, ACLs, and VLANs
- Advanced networking concepts (SD-WAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IPv4 and subnetting
- Strong understanding of 802.11ac/ax wireless standards and best practices
- Advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience creating and maintaining network documentation and project documentation
- Recent and current vendor certifications from Fortinet, HPE/Aruba, Cisco and others
- Working knowledge of various server and storage platforms and operating systems (HPE, Dell, Windows Server, Linux/UNIX)
Personal skills required:
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects/clients
- Demonstrate a high-level of detail to all project tasks
- Highly motivated and independent (a self-starter)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate across an organization
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), follow-up, and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and remain current on best-practices, emerging trends and relevant technologies
Position requirements:
- Applicants should have at least 7+ years of high-level network design, implementation and support experience
- Working with customers on-site with light travel to provide IT support in Southeastern Wisconsin
